Good morning, Miami! ☀️ Brrr... it's a bit chilly today! ❄️

Despite the cooler weather, I'm still dragging myself out for my Saturday fasted cardio session. It's tough to push through workouts when it's cold outside and sooo tempting to stay in my cozy bed! 😴 But here I am, bundled up and not in my usual skimpy gym gear, because those #BikiniBodyGoals wait for no one!
